turbo question
ok my fiend has a hx50 that he will sell me for cheap does anyone think it would be worth puttin on my truck and if so how much boost do you think that i would see out of it?

so explain to me how a guy with a 6 speed is spoolin a s400 compounded with a s510 both those turbos are huge and he makes 850 hp and drives it daily even towes with it

Well tuned truck, and ALOT of fuel. I made 839 on a 66 so I dont really see where you going with this. A 50 is a miserable charger to drive everyday. And he dosent tow with a s400/s510...SORRY no way. Twins will also spool alot faster.
Besides the fact, 850? Well that dosent make much sense why spend that much money on a set of twins thats capable of so much more? Are you positive thats what the setup is?

50psi is WELL out of its range, Just because it will do it does not mean its helping, all your pushing at those pressures is hot air.
