do i have to worry about the airbag?

im going to take my front bumper off so i can start building a new one , any chance i will depoly the airbag?

Most likely, no. The chances of you aggravating the sensors enough to simulate a 30 mph impact are pretty slim. But you can pull your air bag fuse or disconnect the batteries to be safe.
