Rail Pressure Relief
Just curious, but will the engine still run with it leaking slightly or even fully blown?
Is yours leaking?
IDK! I got a P0148-Hi Pressure Common Rail code a while back. Truck seems to run the same after wards.
It'll run but it will be low on power :pca1:
How bout if it were a small leak? It runs good, I'm just speaking hypothetically.
bosch says that once they pop they will never totally seal again. i'm not really sure what pressure they pop off at but i know i ran mine above the limit and then i could hold only like 20k at wot no matter what i did. sometimes it would be hard to start and would kinda studder at idle. well mine is fixed i plugged the dang thing.
