Head knocker

04 2500 4x4, QC SB SLT, 305/555, Goerend 48, Triple Disk, BDFlex, F1stix, HT62/71/13 SS, Arp, TST, Smarty, FASS150

Truck has been great All of a sudden yesterday I started it up to go home from work and it sounds like something broken in the head and it's shaking. What do you all think? Dropped valve seat? Injector?
