The 04-07 gauge cluster has an issue with the solder breaking. I would pull it out and re solder the chips or take it to a electronics repair shop and have them do it.

I went ahead and puled it out, all chips looked good. It seemed as if the needles itself had rotated on then gauge shaft. I reset the cluster and realligned and everything looks good. My one concern is the voltage gauge is very bouncy. Not as in while its going but turning the truck on or off or anything like that it flues accross to turn off. Im worried it will bounce around and slowly lose the point and ill be doing it again in a month. Is this common?

Do you mean when you turn the truck off the gauge flat lines or returns to 0 quickly? If so that is normal- all the needles cut off nearly instantly once the truck is turned off

Everything instantly starts floating to zero if not already at it, except volatage, which will also zero, but its moving too rapidly and the weight of the needle is enough with that fast movement to spin it off calibration
