04.5 Cummins dead pedal

Hey guys,
I have a 2004.5 Cummins.
Truck is having a dead pedal issue. I'll be driving and all of the sudden the pedal just goes dead. Truck still runs but goes to idle (700ish rpm). It's so spuratic when it does it. It will do it for a little bit and then go away for a day, then come back. It is pulling 2 codes. P2122 and P2121. One code does point toward the throttle position sensor. But after a bunch of reading a lot of guys said that wasn't their issue while having the same codes. So I dug a little deeper and ended up replacing the driver side battery which was bad. Truck was good for a couple days. Now the problem is back and has two new minor issues. The E-brake and ABS light come on and off randomly. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

Forgot to mention, the check engine light will also come and go. Sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off.

Check voltage on other battery- they should be replaced in pairs which means if one is no good the other is prolly cranky. Double check ALL grounds and connections. These trucks are super picky about grounds/electrical connections! Even if second battery tests decent I would replace it if you plan on keeping the truck.

Thank you for the input. I just replaced the passenger battery about 8 or 9 months ago. Shouldn't it be ok? Is there a diagram anywhere for all the connections and grounds I should be checking?

Should be good there then- I would double check voltage to be sure. TIPM (fuse box) ground is on drivers side fender, engine ground strap under cab on drivers side goes from motor to cab, pass side battery on fender, and on motor by block heater hook up. Then obviously the battery terminals. If there is any question it's not clean back the bolts out and clean/wire brush em if there's rust!

Wow thank you very much! Great info, I will check all of those this evening.
