Black smoke show
 

Ok. I got the transmission sorted. Now I need to get rid of the dollars pouring out my tailpipe. Been reading and reading asking people who know more then me (not to different to find) sounds like I need more air? I like the power pulls strong. I think it has a short AFE w/ heat shield. Stock air intake everything else. I am not sure how to get more air to the beast. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.:c:

is the air filter clean? what is done to the truck?

It is but kind of miss treated bent and what not. Got a new one on order. Not 100% sure what is do e to the truck it is definitely not stock all the way around. Was hoping to get it into a shop to get it sorted but trany happens.:argh::ouch:

Is it tuned? that might explain the black smoke, and the only fix for that is bigger turbo...:choochoo: or injectables....... but turbo is a more permanent solution

Not 100% sure about tune. Turbo sounds spendy.

What you need is a HP tuner, can tune smoke out.
