NO POWER!!!

I have an '05 5.9L w/ 100HP injectors, Hamilton Cam, hardened push rods, 110# springs, Titanium valves studded head, Compounded Turbos, an 85% over CP3 and a 165GPM FASS tuned with a Smarty S06 mated with a built NV4500 w/ Southbend DC. I have all the torque my truck can handle, BUT my engine falls on her face at higher speeds/RPM. I'm in the process of hooking up my RPM gauge, so I cannot specifically tell you what RPM is, but by sound it is no where near 3000 RPM. If it were a "gas engine" I would say it is "floating the valves", but I'm sure that is not what is going on here. What the Hell is wrong with my powerplant? Too much boost? Not enough fuel? My first thought is that it does not have enough fuel for the boosted air. Low end HP/Torque is not a problem. But max speed in 1st gear is 10MPH--then falls on it's face. 2nd gear is 30MPH--same result. 3rd gear is 50MPH, 4th gear is 60MPH, and maximum truck speed (5th gear) is 68MPH. The engine falls on it's face every time. Low fuel flow? Low fuel pressure? Common rail pressure too high? Too much boosted air? Boost gauge, Pyro, RPM, and CR pressure gauges to be hooked up by the end of the week, but low pressure fuel side of the system is good (checked already). Someone told me about "flyweights needing to be replaced/adjusted, but I have never heard of that. Suggestions? Comments? Anybody?????

Have you replaced the CP3? If not there you go Merry Christmas!

CP3 is brand new too. I guess I should've mentioned that. All parts on the egnine--internal and external--are brand new. The fuel system from tank to injectors are brand new as well. The only things not new on the truck is the suspension, frame, and body.

Stock or built CP3 you need a built one at least 60% over

Yep...85% over. I should also mention that PoD 0-99, no change. Cache settings Stock to 9, no change. No changes with torque settings, RP settings, timing settings, etc. either. Same results.

Hmmm did you get the gauges hooked up yet? Curious to see rail numbers. Have you done a FCA unplug test yet? Unplug it while running engine should rattle bad! Plug it back in and should recover after about 10 seconds! Sounds like its in limp mode. Any codes?
