no heat
Any time you change or replace the anti-freeze make sure that you turn on the heater full blast
as this will eliminate the air pocket in the heat when you fill the radiator. I seen on here that someone had no heat. An ole boy came into a 7/11 store with a heavy coat it was about 20 degrees out and was saying no heat in his truck. I asked him if he just change the anti freeze he said yes I asked if he had the heater on full blast and he said no I told him to go home let the truck ;cool off and turn the heater on full blast start the truck and add some more anti freeze. He had an air bubble in the heater. hope this will be a help to someone auspot |
No heat
I flushed and cleaned and re did entire system over and over again. Eventually I isolated heater core piping coming out the firewall and there was no unclogging it. Had to bite the bullet and replace heater core. About $80 and was easy to replace. Only problem is I had to take out the whole complete damn interior dash to get to it. I would try to unclog heater core by putting cleaner in core only first.
