p1223 with wait to start
 

ok guys i know there are other threads out there about this but iv been chasing this wait to start light deal for a while now first i replaced my lift pump with an airdog 150 after the stock one started getting weak, then i found out i was not getting desired rail pressure so i had changed the cp3 before i was getting p0148 and p1223 along with wts light, now after cp3 swap i am getting p1223 and the wts light. i know the code means leak detection based on quantity balance. i also forgot to mention that injectors were replaced last summer. just looking for some ideas anything helps thanks in advance!

What was the verdict with this? I am in same boat- injectors done recently - light came on dinged 5 times and shut off. No loss of power or anything. This is the 2nd time in 6k miles it has done it probably
