p1223 and p0148 codes
 

I have codes p1223 and p0148 and the wait to start light I know the general meaning of the codes but need diagnostic help I recently installed an airdog 150 going down the road it seems to lack power and then slowing down to go through town the wait to start light comes on just need help figuring this issue out any advice welcome
