Un[plug your FCA see if it starts! Shut off if it does! Fuel filter lift pump CP3 even loose cross over tubes will do it! Bad injectors not so much.

if i unplug the FCA, what am i suppose to look for or listen for....if the FCA is unplugged, how will i know if the FCA is bad?

i was also told the problem might be the Pressure releif valve is bad....? please help....

Unplugging the FCA will give the rail full pressure. If it starts then you know the PRV may be bad or your return flow from the injectors is too much! It will rattle like a beast so plug it back in and it should return to normal in less than 30 seconds!
