07 5.9 upgrades?

Hey y'all, I'm new to the Cummins world (former Powerstroke owner) and I really like the Cummins. The truck is bone stock with 60k on it. I'm looking into performance upgrades. I tow a 24 ft trailer about 2500 miles a month.
I'm looking to do a chip/programmer but don't know which one to do. I don't want to void the warranty I have on the truck. It's a 3 year/36k mile warranty.
I want to do an intake as well. What do y'all recommend?
Exhaust would be another upgrade I'd like to do. I can't seem to find a turbo back exhaust for this truck. We don't have emissions testing in my area.
I'm not looking to take this truck to the strip, or push 600 horses. I just want a little more power, a good deep throaty sound and to have some fun when I'm not pulling the trailer. I apologize for the long question, but if anyone can help, that would be great! Thanks y'all

Smarty JR and a banks or S&B intake you already have a 4" pipe so delete the cat and muffler if you want! Also a 2 micron filter before the CP3. a set of gauges to watch vitals! Maybe a bag of parts for the CP3.

Gauges, Smarty Jr and 5" Exhaust will work out nice. But keep in mind anytime you add a tuner the dealer can void your warranty.

Honestly you really dont need a 5" exhaust unless youre gonna be pushing more than 500 ponies. A mandrel bent 4" TBE is more than adequate. Also look into an Aero Turbine muffler. I just replaced my MBRP muffler due to damage, as I hit a piece of metal (looked like a piece of 2" angle iron) on the highway and somehow put a nice hole in my muffler. I read all the hype about the Aero Turbine and bought one, and had it installed. It sounds really nice and I seem to have gained some torque. I definately felt a difference in the butt-dyno. AT claims to increase MPG. I'll find that out on my next trip.
Anyway, a 5" exhaust will make your truck louder but really wont gain you anything over a mandrel bent 4", unless your pushing serious ponies. Mostly comes down to what you want and how much ya wanna spend. All other upgrades mentioned above is good advice. But do your research before you make a final decision. Trial-n-error can get really expensive. Good luck and welcome to CUMMINS.

5" sounds much better than 4". Give you a deeper sound
