Problems Starting after sitting over night

I just bought a 2003 ho cummins 6speed manual with the fass fuel pump, cold air intake and 5inch straight exhaust with 175,000 miles on it.

I am having problems with the truck starting after it sits over night i am in northen ohio i have the truck plugged in i have changed the fass fuel filters and still does the same thing just looking for some ideas what the problem may be before i take it to worked on thanks.

Is it cranking over slow and then starting or cranking like it has no fuel then starting?
Sounds to me like you either have a bad block heater cord, bad grid heater, or fuel losing its prime if its cranking normal speed but takes longer than usual. Just a couple shots in the dark without knowing too much.

Or it could be your glow plugs..... LOL

it cranks normal the truck fires right up if push started am not showing any codes after clearing the first ones it goes wed to get the cp3 checked and the rail pressure i am going to check the power at the grid heater later tonight to see if it is good once the truck starts it runs like a champ no smoke great power it will start the rest of the day but takes about 5-10 secs to start still its pretty much sounding like injectors or cp3 pump i could only hope it will be the grid heater haha
