Ok, my truck is doing a couple different things that are pretty aggravating. It's an 06 5.9 with a 6" lift, 35s on 20s, bullydog tuner, intake, and dual 4" exhaust w 7" tips and straight piped. Problem #1, when I accelerate kind hard it feels like I hit a wall. I guess it's my torque converter disengaging??? Problem 2, it has done this 3 Times now, when driving hwy speeds and I accelerate even a little it starts bogging down and has actually died a couple times but always starts back up. Usually does it around 1/4 tank and when I fill up, it's back to normal... I've changed the fuel filter and that helped a bit.. Doubt it's the cause though... Any ideas?

 

Bad in tank pump!? Do you have any mods? Any gauges?

 

Not yet.. I'm getting ready to order the gauges and an air dog for it. My brother is thinking its my in the tank pump that's starting to go bad. Just seems weird that it only acts up around 1/4 tank..

 

It has to lift the fuel at that point it may not be able to allthough the CP3 can and will pull fuel through the pump but not enough to run full throttle!
