I am throwing codes 2122, 0148, 2121... along with this i have dead pedal. not every day and not 100% of the time. It only occurs every now and then while im driving, when i come to a stop and go to push on the pedal, and nothing is there! if i hold it down for a few seconds it comes back to life.... I need some help

 

2121 and 2122 are both related to the APPS. There are two sensors in there for redundancy. 2121 basically means the voltages between the two are not in agreement. 2122 tells you that the voltage from sensor 1 is low. Wiring issues are always a possibility but I would say your APPS will probably need to be replaced, maybe someone who has had this issue before can chime in? As for the 0148 that is a fuel system error of some sort. You will have to do some troubleshooting to pinpoint the exact cause of that one.
