need advice for my 2007 cummins 3500

hey guys i have a 6" lift on the truck currently with 35" tires i would like to go up to 40's but im unsure of frame rub, clearance and all that. im wondering what would i have to do to clear 40's without a higher lift?:argh:

Looks pretty good as is, I would just find out how much taller the tire will be. It looks like you might have the room for it. But it might rub while turning.

well that's what i'm worried about is the rubbing while turning that and with the bigger tires am i gonna slam them into the inner fenders when my suspension travels? i'm wondering if wheel spacers will do the trick or is there anything else i should know about to solve this problem? :humm:
