Default Intake horn and Exhaust manifold questions

On my 06 cummins the factory manifold cracked which is no surprise to me. I was able to get a 2 piece ats manifold for cheap money to replace the cracked one. My question is a AFE blade runner intake horn worth the money and will it function be increased by the manifold also being used together. I can get the intake horn for 150 bucks.

You will gain absolutely nothing from an aftermarket intake manifold. They look nice but that's it. If you just want one to have one look at smeding diesel or pusher. They are fairly cheap and do the same thing as an afe.
Edit: I forgot to add....the pre tapped ports sure do come in handy.

CRF450X where did you get your info?

the stock manifold is a restriction. you will not see much of a difference but does create better flow. for $150 I would get it. that is half the price of map

I was thinking its cheap so maybe give it a try. Anyone running a exhaust manifold see good things from it?

I had a steed speed, and a Stainless diesel one piece on my last 05 dodge. I really like both of them more so on the Stainless then the Steed but just because I'm big into the cosmetics of everything. Hope that helps!
