Default Conversion to FSO6406A

I'm looking into ditching my current auto for this Fuller FSO6406A. Anybody know if this would be a compatible conversion? What all would I need? How hard would this be? I'm relatively to diesel and am only 17. Saved up to do the swap to a NV5600 but heard they cant take a great deal. Considering I'm going to do a lot of towing I looked around and saw that these are great HD trannys

A 5600 can't take a lot? What's wrong with the auto?

It's slipping between gears and doesn't enjoy loading it up and driving up the mountain. And I'd much rather drive a manual anything than an auto. Can you explain K80? I've just quoted what I've read about the 5600 I have no idea what it will handle.
