Hey, Thanks everyone with ideas on 48re problems. After a total 7 weeks back and forth still not happy, putting truck up for sale. However, started having problem on cold start, cold start being a restart after 3-4 hours sit time or first start in the morning. Has bad miss, like dead injector, went from only morning start to now after 2-3 hours. Without any codes or equipment, don't know how to determine cylinder. Used to just crack a line loose until we found dead cyl but by the time you get the hood open it's usually clearing up. Any ideas? Stock 5.9 with bully dog, K&N cold air. Also oil leak looks like lower valve cover, Do you have to remove injectors? Worked as auto and Harley tech for 30 some years, no diesel exp. though. Thanks

 

We can test the injectors for $15 each. We also have tested used ones available for some savings.
