have you jacked the front end and checked for play? rechecked torque?
Is it lifted?

Track bar, tie rod ends, tie to pitman arm joints. My 04 I had all the work done except the track bar because the shop I took it to didn't find that problem when doing it and now it has to go back to get the work they did done again because it went bad due to the track bar not being replaced. have someone sit in the truck with it running and have them shack the steering wheel back and forth while you look under it and see where it could be popping or catching from. When you make hard turns or go into parking lots does it pop?

Not lifted ....yet. No popping or catching, just seems to be "loose" at highway speeds.

Is there play in the steering when you're parked, check truck running and truck off?
when you do it with the truck off have someone else do the wheel turning and check each joint in your linkage.

I'm thinking you just need to adjust the play out of your steering box.

Check the toe-in. Slightly toe'd-out alignment will make it wander.
