My ecm is going crazy. what is the problem?

I was attemting to install my fuel psi gauge last night. I dont know if its the ecm or not but i unplugged the sensor on the rail to tap in the wires for the rail psi gauge and started running my wires thru the firewall. Time got short so i couldnt finish plugging the gauge in. Went ahead and plugged the sensor back in. Just pulled it out of the garage to head to work this morning. Well i got in it, crank it and i didnt have any throttle and i noticed the engine light was on. So i went ahead and got the obd 2 module for reading and clearing codes. Started looking up the codes and they was for the throttle postioning sensor. I went ahead and cleared it out and it was still there. went ahead and popped the hood to make sure the connect was tight and guess what, it was. I went ahead and grabbed the diablo programmer to see if the codes was on it. They wasnt on there. I had a feeling, set it back on orginal backup tune. Well after i did that, the truck started goin crazy. all the lights inside the cab was flickering off and on and it was making a small beeping noise. Unplugged the batteries and plugged them back up and everything was fine like nothing never happend. So I kept on tinking with it. Plugged the obd 2 module back in and when i read the codes this time. There was a list of them P0237 P2122 P2509 P2127 P0113 P0602 P0193 and half of the stuff, i didnt even mess with. So im stuck in a glass jar. Does anyone have any ideas or experienced this? Ive checked all my connections that i might have touched or bumped into. but their all tight. I dont know what to do.

Remove what you just installed! Did it get better? Also clean your battery connections!

thanks guys for the reply. Ive checked all the sensor ive touched or might of bumped into and their all tight. And the codes still aint clearing up. I was thinking what the heck. its the weekend and the dealers aint open for them to read the codes. i started to drillinto the manifold for the pyro and noticed the starter replys was really corroded and started looking some more and noticed they was shorted out at one time. because they was crisped and one of them had a small hole in the back. Then went on alittle more and looked the the intercooler piping for the turbo and it seemed like sparks got on the rubber and melted thru. To me, something on the left side is grounding or grounded out. Which explains now. when i first start the truck up, the alternator wont charge until like 5-8 mins later. But the search still continues :humm: Got the rail pressure and pyro gauge installed. Got the truck crank and the pyro went to 300 and it just stayed there. which i couldnt give it fuel because of the pedal positioning sensor code. then the rail pressure jumped between 9-10k But thanks again guys for the help. Just bare with me.

One thing to do is pull the ECM connector off the ECM...there was a batch that made it out (can't remember what years that were affected) without enough grease on the connector and were prone to corrode...pulling and re-seating the connector will sometimes solve electrical gremlins.

Ill try it. Never thought of that but im up for anything at this point. Gettin ready to haul it on a trailer to the dealer.
