yeah hes built several he said, the tc has already been up graded, im gonna have a shift kit put in and the clutches are the heavy duty red raybestos, its also got a cp tork lock up already, its my rig truck so i dont have a lot of time to wait, i will be saveing for a built tranny in future.

 

With that much heat i would send that TQ in for inspection!! Or just get a new one! Gaulling produces a lot of metal in the system! Flush the whole system 2X

 

Have him order you a Suncoast Rebuild Kit. Flush the system including the Converter.

thanks for all the help, i went ahead and had him rebuild it he used precision high performance rebuild kit, has the red clutches and steel plates , put in new precision triple disk torque, and a shift kit by brian or some name like that , plus went thru my transfer case and updated the chain and spockets to bigger size. every thing said and done 6500.00.
