Rough Idle, Stalling

Well, I've given up my search for a solution. My truck (03 HO, 6spd, 4x4, 390k miles) has had an intermittent, bouncy idle where it would fall down to about 400 RPM's, then recover up to 1500 RPM's, 750 for a few seconds, then fall back down. Occasionally it will die alltogether, sometimes even between shifts. Along with this, sometimes together, sometimes separate, when I let the clutch out without over revving it, it will fall on it's face and almost die, but then it recovers and takes off just fine. What's strange about this is one day it will run fine, the next it will die between shifts, and everything in between.

The options that I'm aware of right now include the FCA, A/C wire shorting (did initial inspection and didn't show any signs), or possibly injectors going (replaced with OEM at 250k). None of these seem to fit my symptoms dead on, so I'd hate to start throwing money at it without having a better direction.

Any ideas?

Sorry, once it's over idle, it runs just fine, plenty of power.

Went through a similar problem on a new 07 and tried the FCA and was going to buy injectors then a friend suggested the stealership, well to my amazement it was fixed for a 100.00 computer re-flash. Sometimes it is that simple and if not they can give answer (hopefully).
Good Luck
