Fuel issue

Having issues with losing fuel due to it somehow being pushed through stock fuel line. Airdog is hooked up and randomly getting fuel sent through the stock fuel lines.

What fuel lines? AD doesn't need anything but the stock lines. Best to keep the stock lines and OE housing unless it is race only. If you removed them you might have disconnected the return lines also.

Stock fuel pump isn't even hooked up...the AD line runs directly to my injection pump and stock fuel filter is removed and delete kit added so not using stock lines at all.

Still attached at the tank? "Stock lines"? If so there it is!

I just disconnected the lines at the tank. do I have to worry about fuel exiting the ports and can I just leave the stock pump in or do I have to remove it

If the lines are disconnected where is the fuel coming from? Your not giving enough info here to get help.

What lines are connected\disconnected and where? You cannot leave the in-tank pump and lines open or it may start a siphon under certain conditions.

You never should have hacked it that way to begin with. Using a replacement cannister and retaining the stock housing is the easiest and cleanest way of installing the AD. There are return lines tied into the cannister that have to be there and they run back thru the OE filter housing base. If you don't plumb it right it causes issues.

According to the instruction manual I bypassed the stock filter and am plugged directly into the CP3 and the instructions say to cap or plug the stock lines. And from what happened, I did have a siphon take place from the stock lines since they are no longer used when bypassing the stock filter housing. There are no lines connected to the stock pump now and will be capping them off as per the instruction manual.
