Default Removal of helper springs

im looking to remove the helper springs out of my 2nd gen to level and low the truck a bit. anything i can risk messing up by doing this besides braking and ride hieght while towing which im thinking of using air bags to fix.

Taking them off won't change the height of the rear end. To do that your going to have to get a different set of blocks that are under the leaf pack.
