still has that crazy vibration when torquey!!!!!!

Bout a month ago i asked about a crazy vibration comin from the rear..pretty much feel it through the whole truck... got an alighnment. also replaced the rear u joint the u joint helped a lil bit.. while doing that i noticed i can move my tranny or wiggle it...I'm thinkn my mounts need changed. Isn't that all supose to b mounted on really firm? What do u guys think? anyone out there ever had same issue? 2001 second gen. 4wheel drive 8 in lift 40 in bfg prototypes quadzilla adrenaline. 4 in strait. GREEN cold air 4:11 gears

Just the rear u-joint? I would have done all 3 of them... And the tranny shouldnt wiggle. the mount does have give to it some what but nothing you could prolly do.. Might change out that rubber poly block and other u joints... Or you could have a tire that isnt balanced right...

U guys may be right i can c where there was weights on the left rear rim.. gunna take it in tomorrow. and also change that tranny mount before i do the other joints those r the ones that gotta b pressed out on all four caps... thanks for the in put ill let u know if thay was it....

Ive never pressed mine out... It makes it easier yea but more expensive if you dont have the press...

Didn't you say it only happens when your hard into the skinny pedal?

If the tranny moves that rubber mount between it and the crossmember is probably worn out... but mine wore out and didn't cause a vibration.
