Engine acting weird
 

Yesterday I stop somewhere with my truck n got out and I noticed that it wasn't idleing like it usually dose (has a miss) it seemed to be a faster miss almost like a horse gal-up. Now this is only in park or neutral, if I put it in drive it seems fun drives smooth still has power. Now if I'm driving and start coming to a stop it almost sounds like it's jakin. My truck has got me a lil worried and pissed off. My truck is all stock but has a air dog 150, and boost elbow. My psi on boost at WOT 32psi truck has 330,000 miles on her. Any help would be great on where to start looking or if it's just nothing. I have video of the truck running but have clue how to post it.
