another freaking problem

i have a 99 dodge 3\4, the speed -o-meter jumps im between 0-and 25 not over, and the abs-brake lights are on, every place i looked it says speed sensor, i have change speed sensor on the rear end, and the sensor in the back of the trans, i have unplugged the batteries for about 2 hr, checked all the fuses, and all the wireing under the dash, i dont have a abs reader to hook it up to so im kind shooting in the dark on this one,
any help would be appreciated

Is the connection on the plug to the sensor in the diff in good condition, or corroded and gross? I'd check that maybe...

Id check the complete harness (Yes i know big pain in the A$$) to make sure the wires are not rubbed threw maybe. Also maybe try some dielectric grease in the connections. Also where did you get your speed sensor from?

thanks for the replys guys, i got both sensors from oriellys auto parts, Borg Warner sensors, and now that i have time im going to cut all the zip ties and search every mm of the wires, i need it fixed this weekend had a 4 wheeler trip planed,
not sure if i mentiond this be for but it is not shifting right and tq is not locking up, ya think this could be a ECM
