New to me 99 2500

Hey guys just moved into a 99 with 212k on it. This truck is awesome and i love it so far but I just have a couple of questions and concerns. I know I have a 53 block, after I run it usually with ac on, I notice a decent sized puddle. Is this regular for the air condition or do I need to investigate further. I read through the guides and can not for the life of me the spots where the crack should be. If it is cracked how bad is it to let be for a while as long as I monitor coolant level and baby her.

Thanks for the help guys, sure il have some more questions

Are you seeing a puddle of water?

Sorry that was an awful first post. Yes it appears to be water, no color or odor but it is staining the driveway. Temperature gauge never moves past halfway.

It is the a/c drain line and should be at the firewall passengerside area... Block crack was around the motor mount area farther forward...

Not all 53 blocks crack and it is a very small percentage that do....

Best place I've seen 53 blocks crack is below the exhaust manifold about middle on the block. Youd see it if it was leaking, leaves a nice trail
