check tps calibration,& the above mentioned items,brake drag,turbo bearings,exhaust,injectors, get gauges

I got an 2002 24v cummins with 5 spd with 4:10s bolted to a detriot locker. I get about 15.5 with summer fuel winter 13-14 maybe.

My trucks fuel mileage was bad like that, just put in New injectors and adjusted the valves, took me from 14 mpg to 21 mpg

i started getting real bad fuel mileage as my injector pump was going out. other than that fuel/air filters. something is definitely wrong for those speeds with a manual.
