tps/transmission issue

Hey Guys i been haven a problem out of my transmission its on a fresh rebuild its a built trans if i floor it approximately 50 to 60 mph accelerated to WOT the transmission will kick out from lock up to 3rd gear ...... i have buddy has a Scanner and we drove the truck with it on there and the over driver solenoid cycles on/off pre scanner as well. we monitor the governor pressure and the TPS the governor pressure was fine the tps voltage was 3.2 to 3.6 it wouldnt go under 3.2 and it wouldnt go over 3.6 ??????? how can i still drive the truck and not have a dead pedal and could this be why my transmission is not holding when i floor at WOT and why it kick out of O/D down to 3rd at WOT cause the TPS Voltage ?? please any help when my great thanks...

Mine unlocks but doesnt down shift. I dont think my t/c is aftermarket but it can hold up to WOT runs from a dig on level 2 of the chip. im confused :s:

I replaced my TPS cuz I was having some issues and once I replaced it, it seemed to be fixed then acted up again. Put the Smarty on stock, unhooked the batteries and turned headlights on to drain all power for about an hour. Hooked everything back up, then tuned it with the Smarty and no isues since. Might wanna try it, also clean your battery terminals while you have them off.

DO WHAT ? lol i dont have a smarty for one ?

Smarty doesn't matter. If you have a tuner just put your truck on stock tune. Then unhook your batteries and turn your lights on. That will drain all the rest of the power. Leave it sit for a while and hook your batteries back up and test drive it. I know it seems stupid but for whatever reason I had to do that on mine after I did a new TPS and its been fixed ever since.
