Default Im thinking its just a bad company...

I have tried 3 different (same part number) Dayco Gold belts on my truck. Each one with in 100 miles of installing it sqeaks like crazy... I just put a cheap Drive-Rite belt on and already its quieter with no squeaking?!
Just a heads up for you guys looking to get a new belt.. I work at advance Auto, The Dayco has a 3 yr warranty and the Drive Rite has one year warranty. Im turning people away from the dayco!!

Goodyear Gatorback 4080810 (if you have AC)

I have personally had amazing luck with Goodyear's belts.

Damn shame you have the squeeks! I am running a duralast belt on mine. Only does the standard shutdown squeek.

Thanks for the heads up though!

Just a thought, could your fan clutch be locked up/shot?

X24 that is the belt to buy since you have the number go to Amazon they want $60 for them I just bough one for my ecotec baja bug and my boys dodge ram 2000 and already have one for my dodge. thet were $20 plus shipping. I could not get a squeal to stop on the Jeep 5.9 motor changed all the pulleys new belt went to a Gatorbelt and it is quiet. I would not get any other belt. ED

The shutdown squeek comes from your motor stopping faster then the fan is capable of... If you dont have the squeek check your fan clutch... NOT saying it is going bad BUT a lot of Cummins Rams i have heard squeek on shutdown.
