So I have done some searching and if i get the Napa bhaf does it just slip in the intake tube? And is the prefilter necessary and the heat shield? Now I have a k&n drop in and everyone is against them so I'm wanting to get rid of it asap! :tu:

prefilter not necessary, nor the heatshield. remove the airbox and the bhaf clamps right on the tube.

those things are not necessary but good to have, i got my prefilter for $30 and i made my own heat shield
