I don;t think anyone can say for sure what it will hold. Headgaskets can blow at any time, for a bunch of reasons. Was the head machined before the gasket and studs? Is he going to do multiple re-torques? I'f I had to pick a number, I would say 60 PSI MAX. Then again, I'm hitting 55-57PSI with an original gasket and factory head bolts.

i see trucks run with no orings on the track that dont blow head gaskets. then you have some that do. we see guys that have orings and head studs blow also but i think the install wasnt done right. flat decked head seems to be the key. i am running 60lb boost and no orings. i am thinking about having a head ported and oringed. i prob still will use new head bolts we sell. i know when brian does a head gasket repair he ALWAYS has the head decked. he ALWAYS uses cummins brand gaskets. we had a guy running in the open class with nitrous last year that run 80 lb down the track. he has no orings and has our bolts in there and no head gasket trouble. he did blow up a brand new turbo though.
