Truck throwing "no bus" code
I have a 1999 cummins and the other day i left my headlights on while at college and the batteries died(of course) and we tried jumping it with a half ton dodge and it wouldnt do it and i noticed a wierd ticking noise while the key was turned on, well we pull started it, its a 5 speed and ever since its been making the ticking noise by the fuse box under the hood and sometimes a buzzing noise well i started it and then shut it off and it wouldnt start so i waited a few minutes and then it started well it isnt starting now
what do you think is the problem, sorry its so long thanks though guys!

The ticking and buzzing you describe sounds like a relay may have gone south on you, check all the relays having to do with starting (starter, Grid heater,ETC.)
I have not had to go through the wiring and relay system at all on mine, but all indications are a relay. Hopefully someone else will chime in with more specific knowledge of the wiring and relay system.
