Default A couple of questions for a high mileage dodge

Ive got about 240k miles on the 01 3500. Well my questions are, I heared alot about injectors going out in them is there any thing i need to do to make them last longer? I have kept up on the maint like diff fluid change, oil changes and ball joints stuff like that. My main concern is the motor or the injectors, should i take them out and clean them or anything or should i just leave them alone?

you could probably leave them alone and be okay. but if you switched to some rv275's you'd probably see better fuel economy.

Add a quart or 2 of 2-stroke oil to the fuel for longer lasting injectors and fuel pumps.

Ashless - TCW-3. I get mine at Walmart.

After all, you're just burning it.

no rv's are a nice bump in power and mileage and no need for electronics to use them but if you did add a programmer you would loose mileage till the newness wears off
