I believe you can pick the Baldwin PA2820 over there for around the $40 mark, sounds great! I haven't seen a noticeable MPG increase to be honest, i would say it hasn't changed.
Definitely the best bang for your buck

I have an AFE stage 2, but if i was gonna do it over I would go with a BHAF. The AFE is nice but for the cost go with a BHAF just my $0.02

I like the s&b setup as a paper filter will not flow as much as when you need it like an aftermarket setup.

s&b, what does it cost, like the better flow of air for sure, is your truck used for 1/4 mile dragging ?

I have the s and b and I think I paid around 150 shipped. Afe stage 2 was 400. I like the s and b and it was easy to put in and seems to be good quality. I noticed better throttle response and might have picked up a little mpg but not super noticeable or anything to cheer about. The afe didn't strike me worth its cost on my old truck and it was on there when I bought it. Wouldn't have spend the money for it if I was buying one. So id got s and b
