Trans

Thinking of going back to auto, might have all of my standard stuff sold so was looking at this. Thinking of running this trans with a HTS race VB, billet input and 4.2 kickdown. I only plan of running a set of RVs and a quad box.
What do you think

i dono i've never heard of that company. what kind of warranty do they have? will they honor their warranty when you start adding or swapping modified parts into it?

DazedandConfused 01-27-2008 07:21 PM

I'm awaiting a response on that.

how much extra are you going to be paying for said parts ontop of the tranny that may or maynot have a warranty? have you looked into getting a quote from one of the bigger tranny companies? i know Goerend builds a better than stock replacement and there are so many options you can add onto it. shoot.... any of the big names, Goerend, Suncoast, ATS, DTT should be able to get you a price of a basic rebuild w/some extra's like yer lookin for.

Lucas Underwood can hook ya up with a heck of a deal on a Suncoast Setup :U:

3 year unlimited mileage warrenty, he will install a billet input for $795 and the VB has all updates and a shift kit. They also have triple disc that have the same warrenty for $595 with the trans. I already have a hookup on HTS VB so probably go this was. I can also get the input cheaper so probably just do that. So for about $2500 I would have a pretty stout trans.
