VP44 and H.O. question

I have a 2001 24v S.O. 235hp engine in my ford. It was originally (the engine) an auto equipped engine. I put a 2001 6 speed equipped pcm in my truck, since i put a 6 speed behind it. The VP44 just bit the dust, question is, do I need the H.O. pump now since the PCM is an H.O. PCM, thus making the engine an H.O.?

SO pump will fuel better, and the PCM doesn't know the difference.

The difference's is in the pumps not the ECM.

What's the fuel pressure at the pump?

Ok just checking, not looking for some stupid maxed pump, just looking for what is right.

Idk, don't have a gauge on it, I have a new air dog system on it with less than a couple hundred miles gone thru it. The low pressure light from the fuel pump only comes on when it's not running (like its supposed to) until it primes itself.

Put a SO pump in there and it will be good to go.
