well i do have a question, i replaced my ip and now have long crank when hot and intermittently, not sure of fuel pressure but did replace lp long before ip and had no problems , i suspect the pump module oh the lp is a ddrp from fass

Did you replace the pressure regulator that is part of the return line banjo bolt? They can cause issues, and only cost $30. Knowing your fuel pressure is very, very helpful when it comes to diagnosing.

are you getting the pressure too high or too low because of the relieve valve, its the same one , but with the old ip pump never missed a beat when it came to starting the first revolution or two, the old pump per codes the fuel solenoid went, the truck just died when i let off then went to get back into her. i bought a rebuild pump locally that the pump driver wasnt warrantied, but i took brians advice as he said hes never had any problems with them
i replaced it myself , not to shabby |
