A cheaper pusher pump is the Raptor 100 or 150, running no more than $400... Get a programmer with gauges built in for the best bang for your buck.

your vp44 injector pump needs 12 psi to return fuel to the tank. this is also what your vp uses to stay cool, and not burn up. your stock lift pump won't get you there @wot. it is money well spent getting rid of the dodge engineering that is still stuck to the side of the cummins engine... the lift pump. vp44's aren't cheap at all

why do you want 5" exhaust? 4" will support all the power your going to make on the vp. I would go with a fass platinum myself. then get a edge juice system with all the built in gauges so you can keep the truck alive.

I would do a Lift Pump, Gauges, Exhaust, Intake and then a Edge Comp. After this you are probably going to need a good clutch.

I like the sound of the 5 inch exzaust.
