Reset the apps, the only code that came up is P0380 glow plug/ heater CKT A malfunction. Checked fuel pressure off top of fuel filter an it showed 8 but that was idling. 6 at higher rpm. Will have to get longer hose to check it under load.

Resetting the APPS did seem to help some but still seems week in 5th gear.

Fuel psi should not be anywhere under 10 with these pumps!

Installed new lift pump. Still bout the same. Do you plug into the port under the dash to read vp44 codes or is it somewhere else?
