carrier bearing??
I nee:humm:d some help out there from y'all.Whats better than the stock carrier bearing?Where can i order it and how much? Any help would be apreciated! i have an 01 2500 auto tran,1500 miles on the truck about 500 miles on a rebuilt tranny. suggestions please. thanks!

idk if there is a place on the internet but if you have a local driveshaft place you shoud be able to go to them and get a quote i would say its going to be in the 700 to 800 dollar range to get one built..

Anyone running a one piece?Any advantages besides the the fact of no more changing carrier's? Just curious.

You need to be careful swapping to a 1 piece driveshaft. The stretch you need to span may be to far for a single piece ds. In most applications they came with a 2 piece shaft for a reason. As far as your carrier bearing, you want Dana-Spicer part# 211848-1x, thats the OEM bearing, and if you pay more than $65 for the bearing your getting ripped off.
