need rocker panel, maybe more

So, being laid off for a weeks now I am bored out of my skull, and have nothing better to do than poke and prod the dodge. So todays episode of boredom resulted in me ripping up my driver side of the carpet and trying to figure out the wetness issue. Well, on the inside of the metal lip the weatherstrip locks into there is a HUMUNGOUS hole :dang: I mean rotted right out, gone, looking down and seeing pavement. Now, this strikes me as being quite terrible and it needs fixing asap, my only question is will a new rocker replace that far? And does anybody know where I can get steel replacement (weld on) body parts? Theres wires running thru there and it's soaking wet, this is just not good, especially with winter approaching and the roads will be salty :dang::dang:

Oh yeah, if this rant isn't making sence, will post pictures tomorrow

Try ebay and just look around for stuff like that. I plan on gettin my body parts on ebay. Some are real good and comes with a warranty and at a decend price. Hope this helps!!

Have you also thought about getting some steel scrap metal and modding it in there?
