Winterizing Your Trucks

So winter is coming really soon and I was wondering were to put my peice of cardboard. I always put mine between the radiator and the intercooler. But I don't know if that is the best place to put it, were do you guys put it. I guess I was just wondering what things you guys do to your trucks before winter comes.

I have an alaskan tent I cover the radiator so I dont frezze my ass off to work or college. I just fold it over where the tranny intercoller is. There air is cold enough that I dont think it need to be cooled off anymore. Thats my two cents

Also check your antifrezze espically if you cant have your truck pluged in to the block heater everytime it sits.

first thing is to make sure your block heater, when it gets colder out start putting in winterizing fuel additive i use power services the white bottle, and then you..... have a beer :c::c:

I put cardboard between the intercooler and radiator, and try to cover the entire radiator. IMO, this still allows air to access the intercooler, and trans cooler. It doesn't flow through, but they are out in the cold.

I also make sure my Espar is fully functional. Nothing beats one of those in the winter.
