carrier bearing issues
The trucks that have a two piece drive shaft tend to go through them pretty quickly. Is yours lifted in the rear at all? Too steep of an angle on the drive shaft will cause them to fail early.
I put one in last January than again over the summer and now its gone again. I haul heavy loads wit it a lot so I need a permanent fix. Looks like one driveline it is.

Mine is not lifted. I stock height stock gears no reason to be goin threw them like this. It's a extented cab long bed

My truck is stock height also and I was rolling through them myself. Finally got tired of it ans took a good look. I found that from the factory the drive line didn't line up at the bearing. I had to fab a spacer to lower the bearing down about 1 1/2 inches and haven't changed it since.
