Lift? or level?

Okay so heres the deal. Planning on getting some new wheels and tires.
Wheels will be either 20x9 or 20x10 and they have between a 15-20mm offset
Tires will probably be 35x12.50x20.
Truck height right now is stock and I have fender flares. I was told a leveling kit and some trimming would be enough however with the flares I can't really do much trimming so I'm not sure if a leveling kit would be enough.

Any ideas on what would work?

take off flares and tires should clear with 2.5in leveling kit. if you want ot keep flares get 3in suspension lift and you will be fine

My truck has 2.5" leveling coil spacers, and had 35x12.5 Toyo M/T's on it when I bought it. The only time there was contact was during hard turns, between the sidewall and control arms.

Yeah I was thinking about a three of four inch lift and it'd fit. Thanks for the input guys.

I would like to take my spacers out and use these:
KORE HP Leveling Kit Diesel
The progressive coil would be really nice to improve the ride.

These offer a little more lift:
KORE Recon Front Diesel
