DownPipe

I just got my 5 inch straight back system in the other week. I sprayed all the nuts and rubber hangers with some PB Blast a day before I was going to install it. I thought it would be a piece of cake but it turned it to not as easy as I thought. I tried every thing to get the flange from the turbo to downpipe off but I could never get the bolts to move. To any one out there that has done this before, how did you do this? Also how did you get the hangers out of the rubber hangers. Thanks!

I useed a lot of extentions, and a hald inch breaker bar to remove mine I think I got real lucky with how easy it was.
As for the hangers, I did them by hand once one is loose, the rest go a lot easier.

If you have a set of torches, put some heat to them
they will come off.

DownPipe

What if I unbolt the outlet elbow that connects to the down pipe? I know I can get the 5 bolts off the and the piece im talking about is here http://tapatalk.com/mu/18750c82-468c-b3d6.jpg

If you can unbolt it there, and remove it and the down pipe. It would be easier to remove those two other bolts out of the truck. Nothing will fall out when you take those bolts off.
