Well as much as i love cummins, i pray this one lets go tomorrow and its put out of her missery. I would say the truck is closer 300-320. Like Dukeboy said, these trucks start out under 200hp so making over twice that isnt as simple as injectors and a intro box. He shouldnt use 1st for daily driving. This is just another example of a dumbass who thinks its cool to blow smoke when he doesnt know anything about diesels. Do this. Ask him how many glow plugs his cummins has. If he says anything more than 0, shoot him. Thats just me though

id say buy it stock build it yourself you can end up dumping tons and tons of money fixing a beat truck, if you plan on keeping the truck if not buy it beat it and sell it!

 

If I where you, I would ask him how many park plugs his truck has.

 

you could ask about some muffler fluid but hell its not even funny no more the newones take it
